Lake Abant is a crater lake at the foot of the Abant Mountains. It was declared a natural park in 1988. It is rich in plants and wildlife and includes a variety of tall and lush trees such as pine, fir, beech, oak, chestnut, poplar, etc., in addition to containing many natural resources and charming scenery represented by forests.
