Aachen Town Hall is a landmark of great cultural importance in the German city of Aachen. Built in Gothic architecture in the first half of the 14th century on the former site of Charlemagne's Palace, it is close to many tourist attractions, including the famous Aachen Cathedral. The Granos Tower of the Town Hall is worth exploring, as it is considered its oldest section, and offers a wonderful view of the city, and has been reconstructed repeatedly throughout history after being subjected to many fires and air strikes.
