The city of Mbombela is located in the northeastern part of South Africa in the Mpumalanga province of which Mbombela is the capital. It was formerly known as Nelspruit, and it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, through which tourists visiting the Kruger National Park pass, and it also includes a group of famous tourist attractions, such as: Sudwala Caves and Blyde River Nature Reserve, as well as a large botanical garden extending over an area of 154 hectares, and it was one of the cities that hosted the 2010 FIFA World Cup matches.
