Santa Cruz Province is located in Argentina, specifically in the southern part of the country. It extends west from the Atlantic Ocean to the southern Andes on the border with Chile. This region was a very small part of Patagonia, but it became a province in its own right and gained its own regional status. Its area is about 243,943 square kilometers, and its population is approximately 273,964 people, according to recent statistics. Santa Cruz contains a number of important tourist attractions that attract many tourists from all over the world. It contains archaeological and historical attractions such as museums and buildings dating back to ancient times, in addition to hotels and resorts. Its natural terrain varies between rivers, towering mountains, hills and unparalleled glacial areas.
