The Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region, or what was known in the past as the Oued Eddahab-Gouira region, is one of the regions of southern Morocco, which is considered part of the Western Sahara, adjacent to the Mauritanian border. The region includes a group of tourist cities, including those with a unique coastal nature, such as the city of Arkoub and the city of Bir Kandour, the largest of which is the coastal city of Dakhla, which is distinguished by its soft sandy beaches, tourist resorts and various accommodations that spread there. As for the eastern part of the region, it has a desert nature, and is visited by individuals and groups of tourists, for camping and exploring the natural atmosphere, the distinctive environment and the wild animals that... It is inhabited, and there are many other natural life features that are unique to the region.
