Agder is a historic county located in the southernmost part of Norway. Before 1 January 2020 the region was divided into two districts, Vest-Agder and Oost-Agder, and since the early 20th century the term Sørlandet has been commonly used for this region. This region is characterized by the beauty of its lush nature, which includes diverse trees and plants, forests, and high mountains, in addition to the abundant water in it. A large part of it is located on the coast, which makes it an important tourist destination for many tourists.
