This park covers an area of about 30 acres, and is considered one of the most important tourist places in Zlin, as it receives more than 100,000 visitors annually. It is also home to more than 1,000 animals belonging to more than 200 different species and families, and among the animals there are elephants, giraffes, tigers, deer, and aquatic animals such as dolphins, hippos, and others. Also within the park are a number of other facilities worth seeing such as the gorilla and chimpanzee house, which are placed in cages that largely mimic the tropical forests they were brought from. There are also several restaurants serving different international dishes in the park.
