Information about Zajęcze Hill Nature Reserve
The origins of the nature reserve Zagochi Hill go back to 1983 AD, and it covers an area of more than 11 hectares. It is located on the border of the mountainous heights of Sopot, and it contains a hill from which you can see the city and the Gulf of Gdansk. The reserve is filled with oak, pine and beech trees and trees, many of which are about 150-200 years old, and there are many rare bird species such as blackbirds, robins and woodpeckers. As the only nature reserve in Sopot, it is a good place for a change of air and a walk in the fresh air.
