The Diocese of Zadar is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Croatia, specifically in the city of Zadar, and was founded in the third century AD. The diocese was distinguished by its distinctive and majestic design, which was and still is an architectural imprint in the world of modern architecture and design, where the outer structure consists of a tall tower and a huge clock adorning the front facade of the building, and from the inside the squares are filled with decorations, domes and inscriptions. Today, the diocese is still a destination for pilgrims and tourists who come from all over the world to see it.
