West Side Park is a national park covering the western part of the island of Andros. The park was first established in the year 2002, and then expanded in 2012, and its area currently reaches 6 thousand square kilometers. The park is a marine reserve and includes streams, stunning beaches, vast mangrove forests, Caribbean pines, and more. Visitors will find many rare animal species here, such as bonfires, bull sharks, sawfish, Atala butterflies and Caribbean pigs.
