Located in the heart of San Francisco's financial district, the Wells Fargo Historical Museum depicts Wells Fargo's important role in California, the history of San Francisco, and early California's founding in the American West. Visitors of all ages can enjoy fun interactive exhibits that include a "riding experience," antique banking machines, the telegraph, videos, and original artwork, such as original 1868 clothing, historical coins, maps, and photographs. The museum shop features a variety of gifts, collectibles, and clothing, plus guided tours are available with reservations.
