Information about Waterfront Station
The Waterfront Station is one of Vancouver's multiple major public transportation and primary transit stations. The classic-style station was built in 1914, known as the Canadian Pacific Railway, and served as the western terminus for rail trains coming from the East Points, which are Toronto and Montreal. The station served until the late 1970s and is characterized by a distinctive classical architectural style, and on its side a number of distinctive restaurants and cafes that can be visited while touring the station.
