Wat Suan Mok Phalaram Temple, also known as Suan Mokkh (Liberation Garden), is a modern temple located in a 150-acre forest, built in 1959 by the late Ajahn Budhadasa Bhikkho, one of Thailand's most famous monks. This temple is located within a quiet atmosphere suitable for contemplation of the philosophy of life. It attracts many Thais and foreigners because of its location in the lap of nature and the pieces of art, drawings and poems related to the teachings of Buddha.
