It is a temple and attraction for both the locals who come to pray and the visitors who go to see the large Buddha statue whose upper half appears only as if it is coming out of the ground. There are many legends about the Buddha statue, and it has been told in several styles. But it all contains one main concept that no one can dig this statue of Buddha until the people surrender, restore it as it is today, and call it the statue (Buddha comes out of the earth).
