Wat Khao Tham (Mountain Cave Center) was developed by Nun Mai Chai Imron Bun, a Thai Buddhist nun for more than 50 years, who has provided a place for international travelers to practice Buddhist meditation, and the nun asked Australian couple Steve and Rose Marie Weissman, to make a long-term commitment To help teach a number of foreign travelers who passed to this place to be interested in meditation and taking Buddhist teachings.
