Wat Po is one of the oldest temples in Siem Reap, located to the northeast of the old market. It is a Buddhist temple that contains a collection of frescoes from the late nineteenth century depicting the Sanskrit epic Ramayana, in addition to many inscriptions and carvings, and is frequented by monks. Regularly sometime between 4.30 pm and 6 pm which creates a spiritual atmosphere.
