Right at the foot of the hill is Wat Ao Noi in Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, which is a Buddhist complex that includes a small temple entirely made of golden teak wood and adorned with elaborate Thai paintings. With elegant hand-painted murals depicting a collection of Buddhist stories, the area around the temple is quiet and includes lush greenery.
