Wadi Shab is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Sultanate of Oman. Wadi Shab contains seven clear green water basins, and its fresh water descends from the highest mountains to meet with the salty sea water, and the tourist enjoys walking between the mountainous heights and the green nature. This lush valley provides a stark contrast to the surrounding desert landscape. At the end of the valley there are two natural pools for swimming and the second contains a cave with a waterfall.
