Forwet is a vibrant center for the live arts and is housed in a 100-year-old monument in the heart of Ghent, since 1982 it offers a myriad of cultural events such as concerts, theater performances, parties, book presentations, debates and much more. Important for a very diverse audience, and the building itself dates back to the beginnings of the eighteenth century, meaning that it is historical and ancient and representative of the culture and civilization of the region, in addition to the place containing a café for small sessions and enjoying coffee with friends.
