The Lenin Volga-Don Canal is a canal linking the Volga and Don Rivers. The waterway was opened in 1952, and there are seating areas next to it where visitors can sit and have a wonderful and quiet time away from the disturbance. They can also wander around the canal and breathe fresh air, or ride Bicycles, and the canal looks much nicer during the evening, as it reflects the wonderful city lights. The canal is located near the Cascade Gate, which was built during the Stalin period and has a very beautiful architectural design .
