The colored mountains or the "rainbow mountains" are among the most famous tourist destinations in the world for nature lovers. These mountains are located at an altitude of 5,000 meters above sea level, and are part of the Andes Mountains in Peru. It is considered one of the natural wonders of the planet, as it constitutes an amazing natural palette with its colors and zigzags. Some scientists attributed the cause of these colorful zigzags to the interaction of oxygen and water with iron, minerals and the surrounding atmosphere in the place. The area contains many hot springs, and is surrounded by a group of animal farms and green fields.
