The Victoria Barracks Museum was established in 1984, to present the history of the British armies, the colonial forces, and the Australian Army in South Queensland, preserved from 1864 to the present, in authentic colonial buildings, characterized by the presence of military barracks, belonging to the British Empire in the nineteenth century, which It was an important part of Queensland history. When you visit this museum, you can learn about the main barracks building, the guard building, the hospital, the officers’ sleeping quarters, and the tennis court.
