Located northwest of Västerås, Valby Museum is the ideal destination for all history lovers and those wishing to learn about the history, culture and lifestyle of the city's residents in particular and Sweden in general. It is an open-air museum, made up of a large collection of 40 traditional rustic wooden huts. These houses date back to different periods of time, and tell various stories. This museum is also a refuge for many pets such as goats, rabbits, horses, and others. It is worth noting that there is a small café, and carpentry workshops in it.
