The Upper Grindelwald Glacier is a valley glacier south of Grindelwald on the north side of the Bernese Alps, about 6 km long and covering an area of approximately 10 km. The Upper Grindelwald glacier originates from a vast snowfield, and is one of the lowest in the Alps. This area is characterized by the beauty of its nature, as many tourists go on long walking paths to reach this point, and take beautiful souvenir photos.
