Located in the center of Bali, the majestic Ulun Danu Bator Temple is a Hindu temple complex dedicated to the water goddess Dewi Danu. Consisting of nine temples and comprising 285 shrines, it is one of the most important temples on the island. Damaged by volcanic eruptions, the temple was rebuilt in 1926 while preserving its traditional Balinese architecture that is pleasing to the eyes.
