U Stasi is an authentic restaurant in Krakow (and its name means the place of milk) and dates back to the days of the Soviet occupation, as it first appeared on the streets of the city in 1948 to encourage its residents to drink milk instead of strong alcoholic drinks. Over the years, it has turned into one of the well-known restaurants that serves many simple dishes such as pancakes stuffed with cheese and potato pancakes. It also serves drinks with milk.
