Turku Market Square is located in the heart of Turku and is its main attraction. It is a historical square dating back to the nineteenth century when it was known as the new square. Today, the square represents a meeting point and an authentic tourist attraction with various shops, restaurants, cafes and wooden benches where tourists come to sit and enjoy the view of the old city.
