The Triple Bridge has been in place since 1842, and this bridge connects the lands of Northwest Europe, Southeast Europe and the Balkans. Between 1929 and 1932, pedestrian side bridges were added to the original stone bridge which is a unique architectural gem of Ljubljana. Which makes it one of the most important landmarks in the city.
