The Kurt Pasha Tower, also known as the Kurtbachov Tower, is an Ottoman-era tower house in the town of Vratsa in northwestern Bulgaria. It was built in the 17th century AD. Like other tower houses in the Balkans from that era, the Kurt Tower belongs Pasha refers to a specific type of defensive tower that appeared in certain parts of the Balkans during a turbulent and chaotic period in the Ottoman Empire in the 17th century, and is nowadays used as an exhibition space and a souvenir shop next to the Regional History Museum.
