The Tomie Ohtake Institute is one of the most important art centers in São Paulo. It was opened in 2001 with the aim of holding many local and international art exhibitions in the fields of arts, architecture and design. It was named after the Brazilian artist Tomie Ohtake, who contributed greatly through her work in the development of art in Brazil, the Institute also provides many research and studies related to contemporary art.
