Tierra Mayor is the first winter center in Tierra del Fuego in Argentina, located 20 kilometers from the city of Ushuaia, and aims to encourage winter sports in the Argentine countryside, such as skiing, it started its activities in 1976, and works on serving several types of local and regional cuisine, in which all dishes are prepared using traditional recipes handed down through generations.
