Built in 2008, the Third Millennium Bridge over the Ebro River is famous for combining beauty and technology. It is the largest concrete bridge in the world. It weighs approximately 24,000 tons, is 279 meters long and 43 meters wide, and contains six lanes for vehicular traffic to Roads, two bike paths and two walkways closed with glass to protect pedestrians from bad weather.
