This place is full of models that show the splendor and grandeur of Islamic architecture, and it is considered one of the vital attractions that should not be missed when coming to Tlemcen. The most important feature of this archaeological landmark is the minaret of Mansoura, which stands tall to narrate many of the events that the city has been exposed to throughout the ages. It is the only remaining part of the Mansoura Mosque, and is very similar to the Almohad minarets in Andalusia. This minaret is 38 meters high and is one of the most prominent evidence of the Marinid era.
