متحف موتر هو متحف تاريخي متخصص في مجال الطب تأسس عام 1863م، وقد نشأ المتحف من مجموعة تبرّع بها الطبيب الأمريكي توماس موتر (Thomas Mutter) عام 1858م، وتضم مجموعة المتحف اليوم أكثر من 25 ألف عينة طبية، بالإضافة للأدوات الطبية التي كانت تُستخدم في تعليم الطب، ويتم عرض 13% منها فقط، كما يمتلك المتحف مكتبة طبية تاريخية تضم آلاف الكتب.
