Located in the heart of Los Angeles, the Museum of Contemporary Art is the only museum dedicated to the world of modern art. The museum extends over a large area and includes many exhibition rooms in which rotating exhibitions are held. Today, the museum houses about 6,800 pieces of art, in addition to a number of sculptures and statues. The museum's collection also includes the most prominent 80 essential works by pop artist Jean Fautrier.
