The Film Museum in ód is the only museum in Poland that preserves the fields of film art and culture. It is located in a building equipped with projection equipment of the latest generation of cinema with a theater with a capacity of about 70 seats. The museum houses rich archives of the creators of Polish cinematography (Andrzej Munch, Jan Rybkowski, Alexander Ford, Jerzy Zirnick, Jerzy Toplitz) donated by their heirs to the museum. The museum also includes tens of thousands of Polish and foreign films from different periods of cinema history, as well as films showing Polish history.
