Hysiarn Urratia, which means "The Comb of the Wind", is a group of three massive steel sculptures designed by Eduardo Chillida by Basque architect Luis Peña Ganchegui. Chillida, each weighing 10 tons, is embedded in the natural rocks high from the Cantabrian Sea, and the artwork has been attracting a large number of tourists since its creation in 1976.
