This ancient church - built in 1300 - is one of the sites that you must visit, as it will captivate you with its charm as soon as you see it, as it is surrounded by impressive and majestic high walls. One of its most prominent external features is the towering bell built of stones, a model for the Dodecanese churches. The building is designed in the form of a cross, with an octagonal dome, whitewashed walls and a red Byzantine tiled roof. Inside the church, there is a wonderful mosaic floor, decorated with pebbles, and ornate wooden icons, in addition to the throne of the bishop, while it is topped with large bronze candle chandeliers. There are also 19th-century frescoes depicting biblical scenes.
