The Tin Drum Pralin Cultural and Creative Park occupies about 5 hectares of Tainan and contains 16 ancient warehouses built during the Japanese colonial period. In 2005, the Ten Drum Band re-used it for other purposes, as an idea to revitalize the unused space, and new life was given to the century-old sugar factory that had been left unused. Annual events are held with drumming and music festivals that add an atmosphere of joy to the city.
