You can find the 19th century Tartu Citizen Museum near the Basilica of St. John. The museum is located in a wooden house built in the 1740s, one of the oldest houses in Tartu; The German Biedermeier style features a living room, dining room, study and bedroom, in addition to the kitchen in the middle of the house which creates a cozy atmosphere with a large number of household items and an English stove.
