Taichung City Port Arts Center started its operation in March of 2000 AD. The center is located in the culturally rich city of Qingshui, and was built between artificial hills and flat land. The overall layout of the plot is inspired by the idea of "yard space"; The architectural design echoes the building style of southern Fu Xin, and is imbued with unpretentious elegance.
