Tachi Restaurant is the only restaurant in Palestine that serves Indonesian dishes. The restaurant is supervised by an Indonesian immigrant who fell in love with Bethlehem and settled there and wanted to bring a part of his country’s culture to it. The chef in the restaurant prepares all his dishes from fresh products and ingredients that are imported directly from Indonesia. Among the dishes served there are soto, bakuan jajong, rendang, fried chicken, and many more. The restaurant also serves some Chinese dishes such as noodles, and chicken spinach rolls.
