Summit Avenue is located in St. Paul and is considered one of the great streets in America. In fact, in 2008 it was named one of the 10 Greatest Streets in America by the American Planning Association. A 4.5-mile Victorian street that stretches all the way to the Mississippi River, it is known for its historic feel and has a number of historic sites, which is why Summit Street has been designated a National Historic District.
