Founded in 1990, this museum was the seat of the old Stasi, the former German secret police. It's a great walk for anyone hoping to understand the way of life in old Berlin when it was a divided city and how tough life was at that time, and how it became one of the loneliest and lonely peoples. Today, the museum is a research center and memorial regarding the political system of the former East Germany. A wonderful museum that tells a lot of ancient and interesting tales.
