The old Spulchemi building, one of the important monuments in the town of Usti nad Labem, dates back to the year 1895 AD, and was used in the old days by the Association of Metal Production. A mural by Joseph Reiner, and inside the rooms are worth a visit, such as the carved wooden hall, with its coffered ceiling.
