St. Olaf's Church is a stone church located in the Åland Islands. It belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Finland. Its history dates back to about 1260 AD. It is probably the oldest Christian church in Finland. The church was distinguished by a distinctive design of local red granite and limestone, and perhaps more than giving it a special attraction are its tall windows with stained glass that reflect and scatter the sun's rays.
