This wonderful botanical garden is located in the heart of Sopron University, and was previously arable land until it was annexed to the university and allocated to planting a variety of plants in 1897 AD. Designed in a contemporary style, this garden is very similar to castle gardens, and is home to many trees and plants that vary between old beech trees, black pines, silk pines, lindens, oaks and other wonderful plants accompanied by identification panels.
