Information about Sopot Lighthouse
Sopot Lighthouse was built in 1903, as a navigation facility on the Polish Baltic coast in Sopot. Its 30-meter-high tower was used as a lighthouse by Polish merchant ships. It is the ideal place to view Sopot from a high altitude. Today, although it is no longer a working lighthouse, it is open to visitors who wish to see this colorful attraction. In the middle of a square surrounded by low buildings, the lighthouse stands out with its distinctive design, and above its entrance you will see a mermaid and the official emblem of the city.
