The building in which the Sochi Museum of Art is located is considered not only the beginning of the formation of the city, but also its main architectural monument of the 1930s. The museum simultaneously displays up to 10 permanent and temporary storage exhibits of constant interest to local residents and visitors. As can be seen from the statistics in general, the museum is visited by about one hundred thousand art lovers annually. The Museum also constantly conducts extensive research on the study of the Museum's collection of fine arts, as well as the study of other outstanding artistic monuments in the Sochi region.
