The small reformatory church of Debrecen was built in 1600, but in 1727 it was severely damaged by fire, and originally its building was a tower covered with an onion head dome, but in 1907, a large wind gust completely destroyed the cover of the tower, then The architects gave the tower a bastion-like shape and abandoned the notion of the pointed dome, and since then, the building has also been called the "Amputee Church". The Debrecen Reformed Chapel can be visited between June and September from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday.
